Purpose of the processing of personal data
In accordance with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, if you send us an email to the address indicated on this website or fill in any data-collection form, we inform you that the personal data you provide will be recorded in a file for which IMANTIA DESARROLLO DIRECTIVO, S.L. is responsible, for the purpose of handling your enquiry, offering you our products and services, maintaining a commercial relationship, and sending you, by any means — including email or other equivalent electronic communication channels — advertising or promotional information about the company’s products or services, having previously requested your consent.

If the child is under 16, such processing will only be considered lawful if consent was given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility or guardianship over the child, and only to the extent that it was given or authorised.

For this reason we provide the information in a clear and concise manner, also informing candidates that they may request a copy of their data, which will be provided in a structured format.
Regarding data retention, we will only keep data that are up to date; therefore, CVs that have not been updated for more than 24 months will be deleted or blocked to prevent their reading.
For years our company has maintained a rigorous privacy policy regarding the data of people who have established relationships with us by sending us their curriculum vitae. The purpose of processing your data is to process your job application and manage any selection process, which may include participation in various selection tests.
We therefore inform you that your data have been included in a file and may be transferred to temporary employment agencies or other recruitment companies, so that you may take part in subsequent selection processes. If your data have changed, please notify us in writing. If you do not express your objection in writing within 30 days, we will understand that you give your consent to the processing described above.
